Ronald FPOC is an internal Forward Push operations application used by authorized team members to access and process Forward Push Google account data for internal marketing workflows, reporting, scheduling, content operations, and business automation.
This Privacy Policy explains what Google user data Ronald FPOC may access, how that data is used, how it is protected, and how users can revoke access.

## What Google User Data Ronald FPOC May Access
When authorized by the account holder, Ronald FPOC may access limited data from the following Google services:

– Google Sheets
– Google Calendar
– Google Business Profile
– Google Analytics
– Google Search Console
The data accessed is limited to what is reasonably necessary for Ronald FPOC to perform approved internal business functions.
## How Ronald FPOC Uses Google User Data
Ronald FPOC uses authorized Google user data solely for internal business purposes, including:
– supporting internal email workflow automation
– accessing, organizing, creating, or updating internal business files and documents
– supporting internal spreadsheet and document workflows
– supporting scheduling and calendar-based automation
– reviewing and processing business profile, analytics, and search performance information for internal reporting and operations
Ronald FPOC does not use Google user data for selling data to third parties.

Forward Push does not sell Google user data accessed through Ronald FPOC.
Google user data accessed by Ronald FPOC is not shared with third parties except:
– when necessary to provide or maintain internal business workflows
– when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
– when necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of Forward Push or authorized users
## Data Storage and Security
Forward Push uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data accessed by Ronald FPOC from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to Ronald FPOC and related Google data is limited to authorized personnel who require access for legitimate business purposes.
## Data Retention
Google user data accessed by Ronald FPOC is retained only for as long as needed to support legitimate internal business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
When data is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted or no longer retained in accessible operational systems, subject to technical and legal limitations.
## Revoking Access
Users may revoke Ronald FPOC’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google account security and connected-app settings.

Requests will be reviewed and handled subject to applicable legal, operational, and recordkeeping obligations.
## Limited Use Disclosure
