Upon our engagement, we changed the business’ name to better define their geo targeted area, designed a new logo, and created a new website. Every month for two years, Serenity Pets Marin would publish regularly updated blog content, send email newsletters to their database, and participate in social media through posting and advertising. All of the effort paid off, as they reached their goal within that time period. The business doubled and was sold to an outside investor.
