About Forward Push Law Firm Marketing
Forward Push Law Firm Marketing helps law firms make sure their reputation carries as much weight online as it already does in real life. We’ve been doing just that for over 15 years. Our clients think the world of us and it’s because we do what we say, and much more for them.
We are not a traditional marketing and advertising agency.
Professionally, we build AI-powered marketing systems that deliver real, measurable results for law firms. No vanity metrics. No fluff. Just leads, growth, and outcomes that matter.
Personally, we are a small, remote team building something bigger than ourselves. A company where the people inside it, from team members to clients, have the opportunity to achieve real financial and professional freedom. We are in the middle of a significant growth phase and every new team member is a critical piece of a bigger plan.
The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to work across both client and Forward Push marketing priorities, taking approved strategy, content, and direction and turning it into accurate, polished work that is executed correctly. That includes creating brand and web assets from approved direction.
This is a hands-on, proactive role. Our AI agents and automations handle more of the repetitive work every month, so this role is not about copying and pasting or scheduling posts. You will run and quality-check our AI-assisted marketing workflows, keep us ahead of what is changing in marketing and AI, test new tools and models, and tell us what we should be doing differently. In your first few months you will also handle hands-on execution, such as publishing, onboarding, and QA. As we automate those tasks, your role grows toward strategy and ideas.
We do not expect you to know everything. We do expect you to know how to find the answer, test what you learn, document it, and know when a question is needed before moving forward.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone with enough experience to know what good marketing execution looks like and enough judgment to catch problems before they become rework. Most of all, we want someone who is frustrated that their knowledge is going to waste at their current job and who can’t see room to advance there. You can see how fast technology is changing marketing, and you want to be the person who puts it to work.
What You’ll Do
Industry Intelligence & AI Testing
- Monitor industry news daily and flag updates that affect Forward Push or our clients, such as AI model releases, Google and algorithm changes, platform updates, and pricing changes.
- Test new AI models and tools against what we use today, such as comparing models on the same task or trying a new video or image tool, and document what worked, what did not, and what it cost. You will have room to experiment.
- Challenge the team with ideas. We want someone who says “did you hear about this?” before we do.
Marketing Execution & Publishing
- Run our AI-assisted publishing workflows to schedule and publish client and Forward Push social media content across major platforms, including bulk scheduling in GoHighLevel.
- Publish YouTube, podcast, blog, and other approved content, then confirm formatting, links, images, titles, descriptions, and other details are correct.
- Perform final QA before and after publication so the right content, image, account, platform, and schedule are being used.
- Review images for quality and audience fit, and create graphics or AI-generated images when needed.
- Coordinate approved ad creative and copy with the team members responsible for managing paid campaigns on other platforms.
- Build and maintain branded image templates for each client (Meta, Google Business Profile, YouTube thumbnails, Shorts, press releases), then produce finished images from them.
- Format, finalize and publish press releases from approved copy, confirming images, links and distribution details are correct.
- Create and edit professional headshots from client photos, making sure the likeness is accurate and approved by the client.
- Write and enter meta titles and descriptions for new website pages and published content.
Client Onboarding & Platform Setup
- Own assigned onboarding tasks, including Google Business Profile setup and optimization, social platform setup, YouTube configuration, and Google Drive organization.
- Research platform requirements and best practices when something is unfamiliar, then complete the work accurately or confirm questions with Operations before proceeding.
- Write profile bios and “about” descriptions when setting up social and platform profiles.
- Handle Google Business Profile support issues, including verification problems, suspensions, support tickets and follow-up replies, until they are resolved.
- Set up Yelp business pages and Yelp ad campaigns for clients, working from approved direction and budgets.
- Gather and organize the client files and assets our web developer needs for quotes and builds.
Website, Brand & Web Content
- Help setting up websites for new client, following Forward Push’s SOPs.
- Create logos and basic brand identity assets (logo, colors, typography) for new clients from approved direction.
- Create website copy by drafting and editing page copy from AI-generated first drafts and client information, then passing it to the Marketing Quality Lead for review.
- Create attorney bios by reviewing client intake answers, researching bio layouts for the practice area, and drafting, editing and publishing the bios.
- Proofread approved website copy for errors, consistency and tone.
- QA staging websites for copy, links, images, forms and formatting, and give clear written or video feedback to Operations and Web Development.
- Update client privacy policies, following our SOP, and escalate any legal questions rather than making judgment calls.
AI Video & Voice Production
- Become Forward Push’s internal expert for AI avatars and voices to help out our video editors whenever issues arise.
- Own setup, testing, troubleshooting, quality control, documentation, and staying current on new features and capabilities in both platforms.
- Create and refine client avatars and voices, and support the video production team in getting the best possible output from these tools.
Reporting & QA
- Review client reporting data for accuracy, unusual activity, inconsistencies, or items that need further investigation.
- Review and edit AI-generated report summaries so they reflect Forward Push’s voice, focus on what matters, and are ready for the client-facing team.
Forward Push Marketing & Sales Support
- Support Forward Push marketing priorities as assigned through Operations, including publishing, content support, and marketing asset creation.
- Support Sales by assembling and polishing sales decks, proposal materials, case studies, service overviews, conference materials, leave-behinds, and results visuals from existing content and direction.
- Turn existing information into professional, consistent, presentation-ready materials without needing to own the sales strategy behind them.
Project & Workflow Management
- Use our Project Management Software to keep assigned tasks accurate and current, and manage deadlines independently.
- Proactively flag missing information, access issues, blockers, or questions to Operations before they affect a deadline.
- Research unfamiliar tasks, test when appropriate, and build or improve SOPs so what you learn becomes part of the Forward Push process.
How We Use AI
AI is part of how we work every day. Our AI agents create much of the first-draft content, our Marketing Quality Lead reviews and improves that work, and this role uses AI across images, video, voice, research, and everyday execution.
Your job is not to blindly accept what an AI tool, agent, or another team member gives you. You are still responsible for the finished work. If an image is obviously wrong, a post is scheduled to the wrong account, a voice sounds unnatural, or an avatar does not represent the client well, we expect you to notice.
We want someone who uses AI to work faster and better without allowing it to replace thinking, judgment, or attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
Our perfect candidate for this role is someone already working at a marketing agency and doing great work, but feels limited by how much they can own, learn, influence or earn.
At Forward Push, we don’t allow that to happen to our team members. We believe in giving you ownership, autonomy, platform expertise, and responsibility. This is an environment where you decide what to do based on what’s best for the client.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience at a marketing agency (a company that provides marketing services to multiple clients; in-house or freelance-only experience does not count).
- Marketing experience across areas such as social media, local marketing, websites, content, reporting, and digital platforms.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or above).
- Strong familiarity with all the following platforms and tools: Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, GoHighLevel or similar CRM, WordPress publishing and basic site setup.
- Experience using AI tools as part of your work and the ability to learn new platforms deeply enough to become an internal resource.
- Active follower of marketing and AI industry news, with the curiosity to test new tools and share what you learn.
- Ability to research unfamiliar marketing questions and determine whether the information you find is reliable and applicable.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to perform final QA instead of assuming someone else already checked the work.
- Comfort working independently while still asking questions when clarification will prevent mistakes or rework.
- Strong organization and time management, including managing work through a project-management platform.
- Willing and able to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, regardless of where you are located.
Strongly Preferred
- Familiarity with marketing reporting and analytics platforms.
- Experience with AI video and voice platforms.
- Experience using AI image-generation tools such as Nano Banana or similar platforms.
- Experience creating and improving marketing SOPs.
- Experience with website hosting.
- Basic logo and brand design skills in Canva or Adobe tools.
- Web copywriting experience, ideally with AI-assisted drafting.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, Ads, and Yelp advertising.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous legal marketing, professional services, or other regulated-industry experience.
What Success Looks Like
At 30 days:You are successfully completing assigned client and Forward Push publishing, onboarding, and QA work accurately and on time. You keep our Project & Commitments current and flag blockers early. When you encounter something unfamiliar, you research it, verify what you find, and come back with an answer or an intelligent question instead of guessing. You have created or improved missing SOPs based on your research, testing, and questions. You are learning the clients you support well enough to recognize when content, imagery, setup, or execution does not fit. You have set up at least one client website install and completed staging QA on a client site. You are producing branded image templates and finished images for your assigned clients. You have logged and researched industry updates and delivered at least one tested recommendation. |
At 90 days:You independently own the mix of client and Forward Push marketing execution assigned to you. Your commitments stay current, deadlines are met, and blockers are raised early. You are the go-to internal resource for our videos, including setup, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and quality control for client video production. You can assemble polished sales and marketing materials from existing direction, and Operations, the client-facing team, and the video team trust that when work passes through you, the details have been checked and the execution has been handled correctly. You handle website setup, staging QA, web copy support and brand asset creation for new clients with minimal rework. You are the person the team turns to for what is changing in marketing and AI, and your recommendations have changed how we work. |
How We Hire
We do not make permanent decisions based on interviews. Qualified candidates will begin with a paid 90-day trial, where you will do real work with our team.
If we meet multiple qualified candidates, we may bring more than one person into the paid trial at the same time. At the end of the trial, we will make a permanent full-time offer to the person who best demonstrates the judgment, execution, communication, attention to detail, and ownership this role requires.
We know this is unconventional. It is also honest. You get to see exactly what the work is before committing. We get to see exactly how you perform before committing. Everyone wins.
Compensation is based on experience.
What We Offer
