This week Attorney General Lisa Madigan joined others in urging Congress to support the continued crack down on the for-profit school industry, the U.S. District Court says no to the U.S. Department of Eduction when it comes to the Gainful Employment ruling, and business and education mix, but is it for the right reasons?
