About the Role

As our next Social Media Manager, you'll lead the planning, creation, and execution of social content across our agency and client accounts—including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll manage both B2C and B2B audiences, helping law firms stand out in their local markets while also showcasing Forward Push as a go-to legal marketing partner.

You’ll own the strategy, drive engagement, collaborate with our designers and editors, and track performance to ensure we’re always improving. If you love variety, creative freedom, and the chance to make measurable impact, you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for both agency and client accounts
  • Write, schedule, and post content that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with our Graphic Designer and Video Editor to bring campaigns to life
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages across platforms
  • Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Track analytics weekly and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, custom GPTs) to support ideation, copywriting, and workflow automation
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Managers to align messaging and campaign timing

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

By Day 90, you’re confidently managing both client and agency content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’re creating and scheduling platform-appropriate posts that generate real engagement, and you’re proactively tracking and reporting metrics to inform our next moves.

You’ve built strong relationships with our creative and client teams, and you’re contributing bold ideas that elevate our brand and our clients’ visibility. You’re using AI tools to streamline your workflow, you’re already helping boost follower counts and interaction rates, and you’re shaping campaign direction with strategic input.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brand voices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with Social Pilot, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and Canva
  • Confidence using AI tools like ChatGPT and GPTs for ideation and efficiency
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong sense of tone, timing, and trends
  • Organized, detail-driven, and deadline-oriented
  • A 10x thinker who sees the big picture and brings bold ideas forward
  • Team player who thrives in collaboration with designers, editors, and account leads
  • Comfortable interpreting performance data to drive continuous improvement

  • Experience with paid social campaigns or boosted content
  • Background in video editing or support for short-form content
  • Experience in influencer collaboration or partnership campaigns
  • Community management chops, including comment moderation and proactive engagement
  • Past experience in legal, professional services, or highly regulated industries
