“Forward Push have redesigned my site and now they are taking the lead in marketing. I'm a bit challenged when it comes to social media and they have relieved my of this burden and are marketing via social media for me."

The Problem
She Knew She Needed Help, But Didn’t Know What She Needed
Stacey Isaacs knew she could help people with her food-based healing practices, but she didn’t know how she could most effectively reach the people who needed her. All she knew for certain was that what she had been doing to market her business wasn’t working, and it was costing her time and money for lackluster results.
Stacey already had a basic website and a great repository of recipes for a blog, but lacked the digital marketing skills needed to turn new people on to her website and generate steady business for her wellness and health practice.
She came to Forward Push seeking good guidance, with the ultimate goal of bringing in new leads and making more sales. Our team assessed her business model, her current efforts and her website, and developed a clear strategy to help turn around Kitchen of Youth’s marketing.

- Persona Development
- Social Media Management
We started with a complete redesign of the Kitchen of Youth website, focusing on an improved user experience. It was clear the website would have to be a welcoming space for people looking for health solutions, so we took great care to make it a warm and accessible site that was easy to use.
We developed landing pages, set up an e-commerce system and included advanced search capabilities to help with navigation. Our content creation team also used video production and blogging to showcase Stacey and her healing recipes.
Once the website launched, we implemented an integrated marketing strategy with a strong social media component to help bring new users into the fold.

The Strategies We Implemented
The new website telegraphs the firm’s expertise and caring approach and is full of the sort of information their clients need. The responsive design performs well on all platforms, including all-important mobile devices where clients are most likely to search.
Several blog articles a month help demystify sometimes-confusing practice areas and improve the site’s ranking in search. Good UX and calls-to-action throughout help encourage site user conversion.
The third prong of our strategy was to include Google, Bing, and Yahoo pay-per-click advertising focused on long-tail keywords, which convert at a higher percentage. This meant we could utilize their budget more efficiently, getting results at a fraction of what a billboard might cost.
